Massage Therapy

Massage therapy focuses on addressing changes to muscles which can cause pain, tightness, discomfort, and a decreased range of motion. The muscles of the body are a highly interconnected system; when one muscle group stops working correctly it affects the movement and coordination of the surrounding muscles, ligaments, and joints. Through physical touch licensed massage therapists are able to address contracted muscles using a variety of massage techniques.

We specialize in medically necessary massage which means massage therapy which targets specific complaints and concerns. We are also happy to offer relaxation focused massage appointments.

During your appointment you will be brought back to our private massage room where you will discuss your needs and goals for your massage appointment that day. Our massage team member will use the time and their variety of techniques to best address your needs during your appointment.
