This is a nice simple stretch to work on your lower back and SI joint mobility. I like to do this one to start my day to make sure my back is loose after sleeping in a static position all night.

This is a great exercise that will help increase mobility of your upper and lower back as well as your SI joint.

This is a great stretch for people with tight hips or lower back. This can potentially be beneficial for people with sciatica, if the nerve impingement is caused by an overly tight piriformis (piriformis syndrome).

This is one of my favorite stretches that will help to improve hip (internal rotation) mobility and is also an excellent hamstring stretch.
